Sea Breeze is not just a resort but a whole seaside city on the coast of the Caspian Sea, just 20 minutes from Baku. Across 750 hectares it has grown residential quarters, hotels, beaches, a marina, restaurants and parks — a single environment where you can live, relax and invest all year round.
